About the Role
Taggd is looking for a passionate and proactive HR Sourcer to support talent acquisition initiatives across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have solid sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience hiring for manufacturing, automotive, supply chain, and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial assessments.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Support hiring for niche and volume mandates across business functions.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing.
Robust hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
Experience hiring for Manufacturing, Automobile, Supply Chain, or Logistics industries.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement capabilities.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience from a recruitment consultancy, RPO, or corporate TA environment.
Exposure to leadership or niche hiring mandates will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days notice period preferred.
