Required:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within healthcare, data, analytics, or software product environments.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum product delivery environments.

Preferred:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Skilled Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Certified Business Analysis Skilled (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification.
Experience with healthcare data models, FHIR, OMOP, or Common Data Model (CDM) initiatives.
Experience supporting healthcare data platforms, analytics, reporting, or data warehousing solutions.

Familiarity with API integrations, data mapping, and data governance concepts

Healthcare domain knowledge
Common Data Model (CDM) experience
Data Lakehouse concepts (Bronze, Silver, Gold architecture)
Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and validation
Experience supporting product integrations and customer deployment projects
