Role Overview:

As a Recruiter at Lokal, your primary objective will be to effectively screen and prepare candidates for client interviews. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from initial outreach to successful candidate placement. You will be responsible for reaching out to a large pool of candidates daily, scheduling interviews, and maintaining high standards of communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:
Candidate Outreach: Ensure that at least 10 candidates are lined up for client interviews each day.
Interview Completion: Ensure that a minimum of 5 interviews are conducted daily with shortlisted candidates.
Selection Rate: Achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day from the interviews conducted.
Joining Rate: Secure at least 1 confirmed candidate joining per day from the selections made.
Profile Completion: Complete and document candidate profiles daily.
Screening and Scheduling: Screen candidates based on client-specific requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.



Use Forms provided by the company to collect and organize candidate information.
Candidate Communication: Maintain consistent and proactive communication with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews. Provide post-selection support to candidates to enhance their onboarding experience.
Data Management: Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.

Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in Non-IT volume hiring.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in fast-paced target oriented setting.
