Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, local individual to join us as a District Field Fellow. You will be our primary ground-level representative, working directly with children with visual impairment in special schools. This role is a unique blend of teaching support, resource management, and social impact coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Help conduct both in-person and virtual educational sessions for students using specialized tactile learning resources.
Collect and document critical project data, including baseline, interim, and endline feedback. Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.
Oversee the school s Resource Hub. Manage the issuing and return of educational kits, keeping accurate records to ensure all materials are returned on time and in good condition.
Assist in organizing STEM camps, student assessments, and awareness activities.
Prepare detailed reports of school visits and training sessions.
Capture high-quality photos and short video clips of activities to help document project progress.
Communicate effectively with school management and teachers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements Qualifications
Graduates in Social Work,



Education looking for a full-time fellowship or related fields are also welcome.
Must be a resident of the concerned district with a solid understanding of the local area.
Must own a vehicle (two-wheeler) and hold a valid driving license for regular school visits.
Must be comfortable using smartphones and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Forms, Excel, and Zoom/Google Meet) for data entry and virtual meetings.
Valuable verbal communication in Hindi and local dialects.
A high level of patience, empathy, and disability sensitivity is required to work effectively with students with visual impairment.
