Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant manpower requirements.

Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and joining formalities.

Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.

Maintain recruitment tracker and employee records.

Manage employee attendance, time office activities, and shift schedules.

Maintain leave records and employee personal files.

Support payroll inputs and monthly HR reporting.

Ensure accurate HR documentation and database management.

Generate and process ESI and PF registrations for current employees.

Coordinate PF, ESI, and labor compliance requirements.

Handle day-to-day administrative activities within the plant.

Coordinate housekeeping, security, transportation, and canteen services.

Monitor employee welfare and safety-related activities.

Support management in maintaining discipline and workplace policies.





Address employee grievances and concerns.

Conduct employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Support performance management and HR policy implementation.

Hands-on experience in manufacturing/plant HR operations.

Robust knowledge of recruitment and administrative processes.

Experience in attendance and leave management systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Candidate Profile

MBA in Human Resources.

2 to 4 years of experience in Plant HR.

Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Candidate should be willing to work from the Kazipalli plant location.
