SVC Team Lead

Role Objective
To lead and manage the SVC team effectively, ensuring team productivity, performance, discipline, and achievement of assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and manage the SVC team on a day-to-day basis.
Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members effectively.
Monitor individual and team performance against assigned targets.
Conduct daily team briefings and provide necessary guidance and support.
Motivate the team to achieve productivity and performance targets.
Track attendance, punctuality, discipline, and overall team conduct.
Review daily/weekly team performance and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Identify performance gaps and take necessary corrective actions.
Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and productivity.
Handle team-level issues and resolve them effectively.




Coordinate with the Sales team and other relevant departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure the team follows company policies, processes, and service standards.
Escalate critical issues to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
Take ownership of overall SVC team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate.
Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably with robust experience in team handling and leadership.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Target-oriented and performance-driven.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
