8–10 years of overall software development experience.

Robust hands-on experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.

Strong experience developing REST APIs and web services.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

Positive knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, database design, and performance tuning.

Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and software architecture.

Experience in Git and contemporary development practices.

Proven experience in a Technical Lead / Lead Developer role, including mentoring and technical guidance.
