Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Developer with 8+ years of software development experience and hands-on expertise in Delphi and .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with Delphi, along with strong development experience in .NET Framework 4.7, .NET Core, and MS SQL Server. The role requires someone comfortable working across both legacy and modern application environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Delphi and .NET technologies.
Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework 4.7 and .NET Core.
Analyze existing application functionality and implement enhancements and fixes.
Develop, modify, and optimize database components using MS SQL Server.
Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other developers to deliver quality solutions.
Perform code reviews and follow established coding and development standards.
Support application maintenance, production issues, bug fixes, and enhancements.




Contribute to modernization and enhancement of existing applications using appropriate .NET technologies.

Technical Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Hands-on experience with Delphi development.
Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.7.
Solid experience with .NET Core.
Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.
Experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise applications.
Valuable understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software development principles.
Experience with application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.
