Job Summary

Cayana Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at high-rise residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. The role requires solid site supervision skills, contractor coordination, and hands-on experience in RCC and finishing works.

Responsibilities
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other construction activities.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and report daily work progress to the Project Manager.
Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, and effective utilization of construction materials.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and rectify deviations promptly.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory construction guidelines.
Verify work measurements and assist in preparing progress reports and site documentation.
Identify and resolve day-to-day site execution challenges with minimal project disruption.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of construction materials.
Maintain proper housekeeping and promote a protected working environment at the construction site.

Qualifications
Hands-on experience in RCC and finishing works.
