2.Minimizing rejection at various stages by ensuring high quality standards

3.Maintaining the cost effectiveness of the unit

4.Planning production to ensure delivery of products as per customer requirements

5.Engaging the team members towards work and maintaining high morale

6.Ensuring adherence to safety standards

Role & responsibilities
Conduct sunrise and sunset communication meeting
Check and organize resources to achieve the day's targets
Maintain and improve 2S in the respective bay
Audit JH check points (CLIA) at specified intervals
Conduct hourly PDCA for Quality and Production
Resolve / escalate issues raised by team members (Workmen)
Work as reliever to team member when required
Monitor efficiency of team member
Update data at regular intervals
Train workmen as per skill requirements
Participate actively in TEI activities (QCC & CFT/SIT)

Preferred candidate profile

Min. 5 to 15 years of experience in PDC - Casting shop Production (Aluminum Casting)
