Role & Responsibilities
Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and construction drawings in compliance with IS Codes.
Perform structural modeling and analysis using ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and AutoCAD.
Design foundations, beams, columns, slabs, footings, and other structural components.
Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Review drawings and resolve technical and site-related design issues.
Optimize structural designs for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain proper documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred).
38 years of experience in structural design.




Strong proficiency in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
Sound knowledge of RCC and steel design, IS Codes, and construction practices.
Experience in preparing structural calculations and detailed design documentation.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
