Role & responsibilities

Lead and oversee the execution of all PMC and Design & Build projects across the West

Region.
Drive operational excellence, governance frameworks, and project delivery standards.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and as per quality requirements.
Manage project profitability, cost control, cash flow and resource utilization.
Provide leadership to Project Directors, Project Managers, Construction Managers and

site teams.
Review project risks, schedules, commercial performance and client satisfaction.
Oversee coordination between Civil, Architectural, Interior, MEP, Procurement and

Vendor teams.
Act as the escalation point for key clients and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.
Support business development initiatives, technical presentations and strategic





pursuits.
Drive quality, safety and statutory compliance across all projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Solid expertise in Civil Construction and Interior Fit-Out Projects.

• Working knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and ELV systems.

• Experience managing PMC assignments across multiple sectors.

• Experience delivering Design & Build projects from concept to handover.

• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, contracts, procurement and project controls.

• Exposure to Data Center, Industrial and Corporate Interior projects is preferred.
