Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and close software development projects
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources
Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks
Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly
Conduct sprint planning and retrospectives
Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed
Oversee multiple software development projects

Requirements
5+ years of project management experience in software development
Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with remote team management
Knowledge of DevOps practices
Experience in client services or consulting
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities
PMP or Scrum Master certification
