Team Leader Operations - (Sabre Experience)

Key Responsibilities
Manage international fare quotations, fare construction, and pricing requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Process partial refunds and perform precise tax calculations in line with airline policies.
Interpret and apply airline fare rules, routing regulations, and ticketing guidelines.
Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, exchanges, and refund-related queries.
Ensure compliance with airline policies, industry standards, and customer requirements.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity, and adherence to SLA commitments.

Required Skills & Expertise
Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS, with Cryptic Commands being mandatory.
Sound understanding of:
Fare Construction
Fare Rules Interpretation
Partial Refund Calculations
Tax Calculations




International Ticketing & Reissues
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Robust communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, deadline-driven setting while maintaining service quality.
