Key Responsibilities
Design creation: Develop posters, videos, and other creative assets for rider rate cards

and communication materials.
Tool expertise: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Picsart, Photoshop, Figma, or

other design tools to deliver high-quality outputs.
Brand consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual

consistency across platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with Rider Operations, Marketing, and Communication

teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Innovation: Suggest recent design ideas, formats, and creative approaches to enhance

rider engagement.
Timely delivery: Manage multiple design requests and ensure projects are completed

within deadlines.

Required Skills & Competencies
Design proficiency: Solid skills in Adobe, Canva,



Picsart, Photoshop, Figma, or

equivalent tools.
Creative storytelling: Ability to design posters and videos that effectively communicate

rider-related information.
Attention to detail: Precision in layout, typography, and visual aesthetics.
Communication skills: Ability to understand requirements and present design concepts

clearly.
Time management: Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on

time.

Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate in Design, Fine Arts, Media Studies, or related fields

(preferred).
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience as a designer.
