Responsibilities
Maintain a consolidated tracker of action items, deadlines, and decisions arising from management meetings and CEO directives
Follow up directly with department heads (COO, Mediyant/Service, Sales, HR) on pending items and escalate delays to the CEO promptly
Prepare a concise weekly status summary for the CEO covering priorities, blockers, and completions




Coordinate scheduling and preparation for management meetings; circulate agendas and track meeting outcomes
Support cross-entity coordination (Medinnova, Mediyant, Century HLM, Century Perfusion, Indigo Systems) on shared initiatives, e.g. the government outreach and GeM approval workstream
Flag priority conflicts or resourcing bottlenecks to the CEO before they cause delays
Maintain document hygiene for CEO-level tracking - status sheets, dashboards, meeting notes - kept current and accessible
