Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Field Operations Executive to manage home-level patient onboarding, device setups, and user education for our remote cardiac monitoring platform (VigoHeart). You will be responsible for visiting patients at scheduled times, setting up monitoring patches, providing explicit usage instructions, and ensuring seamless data transmission.

Key Responsibilities
Punctual Patient Visits: Reach patient locations on time according to booked slots, optimizing daily travel routes to ensure the first assignment starts without delay.
Device Application & Demo: Apply the VigoHeart ECG patch with proper skin preparation, pair the device with the patient's smartphone/app, and demonstrate correct handling.
Patient Education: Walk patients through device maintenance, charging routines, bathing precautions, and troubleshooting procedures to build confidence in using the service.
Data Transmission & Setup: Verify proper live ECG data transmission on the platform before departure and immediately flag technical issues to the support team.
Real-Time Documentation: Update onboarding status,



patient IDs, visit timestamps, and signed consent forms on the Field Officer portal right after completing each session.
Service Quality & Professionalism: Maintain a neat uniform and professional demeanor, address in office basic queries, and escalate unresolved complaints to management promptly.
Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to hygiene protocols, careful handling of medical hardware, and maintaining complete confidentiality of patient health data.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in any stream.
Skills: Basic technical knowledge to operate smartphone apps and bluetooth-connected devices.
Communication: Polite, empathetic, and explicit verbal communication skills in the local language and English.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for local field visits.
Personal Traits: High punctuality, attention to detail, patient-centric attitude, and professionalism.
