1+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, or a related finance role
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll basics, taxation, and financial controls
Advanced computer literacy (especially Excel); experience with accounting/payroll systems (e.g., SAP, DATEV) would be a plus
Your tasks
Process daily financial and payroll-related transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Maintain and reconcile financial and payroll records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support the preparation of payroll runs and financial reports by providing validated data and assisting in basic analysis
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integrity and flow of payroll and financial information.
Address employee inquiries on payroll, timekeeping, or reimbursements with discretion and professionalism
Identify prospects for process improvement in accounting and payroll workflows and support related projects or audits.
