Role: Content Editor (Full time, Remote)

Description:

Digital Web Solutions is hiring a Content Editor who delivers value-adding, clean, publication-ready copy at speed and knows how to make AI work for them. You'll use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to research, draft, refine, and quality-check content faster — while making sure the final work reads as genuinely human, with none of the tell-tale signs of AI writing. The right person treats AI as a productivity and problem-solving partner, and has the editorial judgment to catch and strip out anything that reads as machine-generated.

As a DWS Editor, you'll work across a range of digital marketing and SEO content assets, including Guest Posts, Web Page Copy, Business/Product Descriptions, Meta Descriptions, Niche Edits, Blogs, etc.

Must-haves:

3–4 years editing and writing long-form content

At least 1 year of agency or US/UK client experience

Comfortable editing 15,000–25,000 words (AI-assisted) or writing 2,500 words per day. Our targets vary by task and project





Skilled at prompting AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to speed up research, competitor analysis, drafting, editing, and QC — and at keeping AI "tells" out of the final copy

Familiar with AI-detection and originality tools (e.g., Originality.ai, ZeroGPT) and how to transparent them without hurting readability

Strong command of English grammar and style, across US and UK variants

Ability to follow client brand guidelines, briefs, and formatting rules precisely

Consistently meets deadlines and delivers error-free copy

Reliable team player who communicates clearly in a remote setup Positive-to-haves:

Editorial and/or journalistic experience

Working knowledge of SEO content (keywords, internal linking, on-page basics)

Experience with guest posts or link-building content

Brainstorming and ideation skills

Self-starter, comfortable working to targets in a structured task workflow
