Roles & Responsibilities :
Monitor and control silicon ingot/brick shaping processes including diamond wire cutting,squaring, and grinding operations to ensure process stability and product quality.
Optimize process parameters to improve yield, reduce kerf loss, minimize defects, and enhance productivity.
Analyse process data and identify prospects for process improvement and cost reduction.
Support process validation, qualification, and trials for current consumables, tools, and equipment.
Monitor and optimize performance of diamond wires, grinding wheels, and other process consumables.
