Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the USA and Canada.
Introduce and explain our digital marketing services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Confident and professional phone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.




Previous experience in telecalling, international sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling USA or Canada clients.
Knowledge of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
