Role & responsibilities
Operate grinding machines and hand grinders for metal work.
Perform grinding, cutting, polishing, and deburring of metal components.
Ensure proper surface finishing as per specifications.
Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy.
Replace grinding wheels/discs when required.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
Maintain and clean machines, tools, and work area.
Handle materials safely during grinding and finishing operations.
Preferred Candidate
ITI or relevant technical qualification preferred.
13 years of experience as a Grinder Worker/Grinding Machine Operator.
Hands-on experience with grinding, cutting, polishing, and deburring.
Basic knowledge of grinding machines, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read basic work instructions/drawings.
Valuable understanding of workplace safety and PPE.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop/industrial workplace.
Candidates with fabrication or welding experience will be preferred.
