Job Description
Provide legal support for project finance and land acquisition.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Advise on regulatory and compliance matters.
Ensure legal risk management for projects.
Manage disputes and litigation when needed.
Work closely with internal teams and external advisors.
Keep updated on legal changes affecting the energy sector.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
A law degree from a recognised institution with at-least ten years of experience
Experience in project finance and land-related legal matters.
Prior experience managing a team
