Role Summary

The NAPS & HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS & NATS) processes, including candidate registration, contract management, stipend processing, compliance documentation, and coordination with clients and internal teams. The role also involves assisting operations with HR documentation and addressing employee grievances related to NAPS matters.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
NAPS Registration & Documentation

Manage the NAPS registration process for newly joined candidates.

Coordinate with supervisors and field staff to collect required KYC documents.

Ensure timely submission and completion of NAPS registrations.
Contract Management

Generate apprenticeship contract letters for NAPS candidates.

Prepare non-NAPS contracts as per client requirements.

Follow up with authorities for corrections or rejections of contracts and ensure successful approvals.
Candidate MIS & Data Management

Maintain a daily MIS record of newly joined NAPS candidates.





Ensure all apprentice data is accurately updated and maintained for reporting and compliance purposes.
Wage & Stipend Processing

Prepare and process monthly NAPS wage sheets.

Upload wage details on the NAPS portal as required.

Generate and distribute monthly stipend slips for apprentices.
Contract Completion & Termination

Monitor termination lists for candidates who have left the organization and update the NAPS portal accordingly.

Update and communicate contract completion details to clients for apprenticeship closure.

Initiate assessment processes for candidates approximately 40 days prior to contract completion.
Compliance, Audit & Client Coordination

Prepare NAPS compliance documents and audit reports as required by clients or authorities.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth compliance with apprenticeship regulations.
