Job Description: Area Manager ICICI Prudential

Role Overview

The Area Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing agency channels or partner networks, and achieving regional business targets for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive sales targets through team management, agency recruitment, and strategic business development within the assigned territory.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise a team of financial advisors or agents to ensure high productivity and retention.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, corporate partners, and key customers to expand market reach.
Compliance & Operations:



Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, company policies, and internal audit requirements for all business transactions.
Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and business metrics to identify recent growth opportunities and bridge performance gaps.

Key Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, and team handling (preferably within BFSI / Life Insurance).
Skills: Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Education: Postgraduate in any discipline
