We are looking for

A Talent Acquisition Partner to support the GCC ramp-up in Pune, with a robust focus on IT and digital recruitment.

The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers and HR, and ensure high-quality delivery and candidate experience across priority GCC IT positions.

We count on you for

Recruitment Delivery:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and GCC roles
Conduct screening and competency-based interviews
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Support offer management and candidate closure
Ensure timely and high-quality recruitment delivery

Stakeholder Partnership:




Partner with IT, GCC, HR and hiring managers
Provide market insights and sourcing recommendations
Set explicit expectations on timelines, talent availability, and risks
Establish regular recruitment reviews and track progress

Systems, Data and Reporting:
Manage all recruitment activity and candidate data accurately in SuccessFactors
Work effectively with the relevant VMS tool to manage contingent workforce processes where required
Use Power BI dashboards to monitor recruitment performance, identify trends, and track key KPIs
Extract and prepare recruitment reports for regular sharing with HR, IT, GCC leadership, and hiring managers
Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely reporting
