Role Purpose

The Adjunct Faculty shall contribute to the University's academic excellence by bringing industry expertise, skilled experience, specialized knowledge, and practical insights into teaching, mentoring, research, curriculum enrichment, and student development activities. The role is designed to strengthen the academia-industry interface and enhance the employability and practical competencies of students.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
Deliver lectures, workshops, seminars, and practical sessions in assigned subject areas.
Ensure effective course delivery aligned with the approved curriculum and learning outcomes.
Incorporate industry practices, case studies, and experiential learning approaches into teaching.
Curriculum Enrichment
Contribute to curriculum review and enhancement by providing industry and domain-specific inputs.
Support the development of recent courses, electives, certifications, and skill-based learning modules.




Recommend emerging topics and contemporary practices relevant to the discipline.
Student Mentoring & Guidance
Mentor students on academic, professional, and career-related matters.
Guide student projects, internships, capstone assignments, and industry-linked activities.
Support students in developing practical and employability skills.
Industry Engagement
Facilitate interactions between the University and industry through guest lectures, expert sessions, and cooperative initiatives.
Assist in identifying opportunities for internships, live projects, consulting assignments, and industry partnerships.
Promote industry-academia collaboration within the assigned discipline.
Research & Innovation
Contribute to research, innovation, consultancy, and collaborative projects, where applicable.
Encourage application-oriented and industry-relevant research initiatives.
