Mandatory Skills
10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Solid experience in the General Insurance domain (mandatory).
Expertise in one or more of the following:
Policy Administration
Underwriting
Claims Management
Policy Servicing
Renewals
Billing
Experience with General Insurance products such as Motor, Property, Health, Commercial, or
Travel Insurance.
Solid experience in requirement elicitation, business process mapping, and documentation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
