Manage client communication and ensure a smooth patient journey.
Build and maintain solid qualified relationships with doctors.
Handle dental cases, coordinate with doctors, and ensure timely case progression.
Assist in treatment planning and case discussions.
Coordinate digital dentistry workflows, including aligner-related cases.
Maintain accurate case documentation, records, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams, labs, and doctors for seamless case execution.
