Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and friendly Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Respond to customer messages and provide accurate product information.
Assist customers with product, order, return, and exchange-related queries.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Communicate confidently and professionally with customers.
Support sales and marketing activities when required.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Assist with Instagram and social media handling when required.
Requirements
Experience: Fresher to 1 year.
Languages: Tamil and English are required.
Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Should be confident, bold, and comfortable speaking with customers.
Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Experience or knowledge in social media handling and marketing will be an added advantage.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
