Job Title: Primary English Teacher (CBSE)

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and qualified Primary English Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong foundational language, literacy, and communication skills in students from Grades 1 to 5. The role requires aligning lesson plans with the CBSE curriculum guidelines and creating an engaging, activity-based learning environment that nurtures a love for reading and writing.

Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Lesson Planning: Design and execute dynamic, child-centered lesson plans adhering to the CBSE primary curriculum, focusing on phonics, reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and creative writing.
Classroom Management: Maintain a protected, inclusive, positive, and structured learning workplace that encourages active participation from all students.
Student Assessment: Conduct continuous and comprehensive assessments (both formative and summative), track individual academic progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Activity-Based Learning:



Integrate creative teaching methodologies—such as storytelling, drama, group discussions, and interactive language games—to improve spoken and written English.
Parent Communication: Regularly communicate student updates, progress, and behavioral observations with parents through PTMs (Parent-Teacher Meetings) and school communication portals.
Co-Curricular Participation: Organize and support school events, literary club activities, assemblies, and competitions (e.g., elocution, debate, spell bee).

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements
Education: B.A. in English (Mandatory) from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience as a Primary English Teacher in a recognized school (CBSE experience strongly preferred).
Skilled Qualification: B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is preferred.
