Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admin CRM Manager to manage customer relationships, coordinate the technical team, monitor project progress, and support revenue management.

The candidate will be responsible for smooth coordination between customers, technical teams, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & CRM Management
Manage customer details and update CRM records regularly.
Communicate with customers regarding project requirements and status.
Handle customer follow-ups and service-related queries.
Track customer requirements and ensure timely coordination.
Maintain client documents and project records.

Technical Team Management
Handle and coordinate the Technical/Research Team.
Assign projects and tasks based on customer requirements.
Monitor daily team activities and project progress.




Follow up on pending tasks and project deadlines.
Coordinate between customers and the technical team.
Identify and escalate project issues to management.

Revenue Management
Monitor service-wise revenue and pending collections.
Follow up with customers for pending payments.
Track recent orders, ongoing projects, and completed services.
Support the team in achieving monthly revenue targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
Monitor revenue performance and pending revenue.

Administration & Reporting
Maintain daily CRM and project updates.
Prepare team performance and revenue reports.
Maintain proper project and customer documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Technical, HR, and Management teams.
Ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
