Role Overview

We are seeking a Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the founding team, supporting strategic planning, research, and day-to-day execution across the business. This is a generalist, high-ownership role suited to individuals who want broad exposure to how a growing company operates, and who are comfortable working across multiple functions with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Support the founder in strategic planning, brainstorming, and decision-making; track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
Research and analyze industry news, reports, and market data; convert findings into clear, actionable summaries for leadership.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments on an ongoing basis.
Assist with investor relations, including research, briefing materials, and updates; support coordination of investor meetings and events.




Support the founder's external communications and skilled presence, including content and social media, as needed.
Manage administrative and logistical tasks such as scheduling, travel coordination, and expense processing.
Help anticipate risks, opportunities, and emerging trends relevant to the business.
Maintain strong follow-through and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
