In this role, you will lead B2B and institutional outreach—building long-term, high-value strategic ties with schools, universities, colleges, and corporate organizations across scales.

Key Responsibilities
Institutional & Corporate Acquisition: Map, connect with, and pitch to decision-makers (Trustees, Principals, Deans, HR Leaders, CXOs, and CSR Heads) across schools, colleges, MSMEs, and large enterprises.
End-to-End Deal Closure:



Drive the complete partnership lifecycle—from cold outreach and consultative pitching to contract negotiation and final tie-up execution.
Strategic Alliances & Joint Initiatives: Design tailored partnership models, institutional integration programs, and campus/corporate wellness drives that deliver long-term value.
Account Management & Retention: Maintain high-touch relationships with key institutional stakeholders to ensure adoption, renewal, and account expansion.
Market Mapping & Pipeline Management: Identify key decision-making hubs in target regions, maintaining a robust pipeline of institutional tie-ups.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in strategic partnerships, enterprise B2B sales, key account management, or institutional tie-ups (Education / EdTech / Corporate Alliances / HR Tech background preferred).
