About the Role

Netbells Advertisement & Media is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Media Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, manage a team, develop digital strategies, and drive performance across social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital media and social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and coordinate the digital marketing team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
Develop monthly content and campaign strategies for clients and brands.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Coordinate with creative, content, design, video, and client servicing teams.
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, leads, conversions, CPC, CPL, ROAS,



and overall campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, digital tools, algorithms, and advertising practices.
Handle multiple client accounts and maintain solid client communication.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing
Good knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
Experience in Performance Marketing
Robust team handling and leadership skills
Excellent strategic and analytical thinking
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Knowledge of content planning, campaign execution, and digital analytics
