Key Requirements:
2+ years of Bench Sales experience
Solid knowledge of US Staffing and recruitment processes
Good understanding of US Visa types – H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, USC
Strong vendor and client relationship management skills
Experience marketing consultants on bench
Solid knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms
Ability to generate and work with daily requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Solid follow-up skills with vendors and recruiters
Ability to work independently and meet submission/interview targets
