To monitor quality testing raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality standards compliance.
Conduct routine sampling and testing of products based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other industry-specific standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
Prepare and review quality documentation.
Identify areas for improvement in quality systems and production processes.
Maintain accurate records for all quality checks, test results, and material certificates.
