Natural Herbs & Formulations Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Division Head – Ayurvedic. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional with robust leadership capabilities and extensive experience in the Ayurvedic/Herbal industry to drive business growth and lead our sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and revenue objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the Ayurvedic sales team.
* Build and strengthen distributor, stockist, and channel partner networks.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
* Monitor sales performance, business profitability, and P&L.;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and business growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
* 8–10 years of relevant experience in the Ayurvedic/Herbal industry.
* Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, and team management.
* Robust understanding of Ayurvedic product markets and distribution channels.
* Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
* Educational Qualification: BAMS/B.Pharm/B.Sc. (Life Sciences) with MBA (Marketing) or M.Pharm preferred.
