About the Position

Prospect Legal Private Limited is looking for a responsible, sincere, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting and financial documentation.

We are looking for good candidates who have practical knowledge of accounting, are comfortable working on Tally, maintain accuracy in their work, and are willing to learn and take responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records using Tally ERP 9.
Record and manage cash and bank vouchers accurately and on time.
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
Verify invoices, payments, expenses,



and supporting documents.
Maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
Maintain:
General Ledger
Debtor Ledger
Purchase Journal
Payment Vouchers
Cash and Bank Records
Regularly reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
Communicate with clients regarding billing, outstanding payments, and account reconciliation.
Maintain proper financial records and accounting documentation.
Assist in routine accounting, documentation, and other finance-related activities.
Support the senior/team members in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts.

Skills & RequirementsMandatory
B.Com / Commerce Graduate or equivalent – Mandatory
Good practical knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Comfortable using the Internet and basic office software.
Positive numerical and data-entr
