Role & responsibilities
Create high-quality, creative designs for multiple client brands under Social Connexions.
Design monthly Instagram posts, stories, carousels, campaign creatives and digital advertisements.
Develop logos, brand identities, brand guidelines and visual concepts from scratch.
Create packaging designs, menus, brochures, flyers, presentations and other marketing collateral.
Develop fresh creative concepts rather than relying solely on templates.
Understand each clients brand identity and maintain visual consistency across all designs.
Work across multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Translate client briefs and marketing ideas into solid, visually engaging concepts.
Coordinate with the marketing and content team to develop campaign creatives.
Handle design revisions and client feedback efficiently.
Prepare final artwork in the correct formats and dimensions for both digital and print use.
Stay updated with current design, branding and social media trends.
Bring a strong creative eye for typography, layouts, colour,



composition and overall brand aesthetics.
Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept through to final delivery.

Preferred candidate profile
13 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a creative or digital marketing agency
Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, logo and packaging design
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign; Canva is an advantage
Strong creative thinking with an excellent eye for typography, colour and composition
Ability to create original concepts, not just template-based designs
Comfortable handling multiple brands and projects simultaneously
Able to understand briefs and turn ideas into strong visual concepts
Organised, detail-oriented and able to work within deadlines
