Key Responsibilities
· Drafting & Design: Prepare accurate, comprehensive building plans, floor layouts, and construction drawings using AutoCAD in strict compliance with project specifications.
· Quantity Take-offs: Perform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
· Estimation & Documentation: Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimations, and supporting project documentation using MS Excel and MS Word.
