Manage end-to-end PMS cycle across the organization.
Ensure alignment of employee goals with business objectives.
Facilitate performance review discussions and calibration meetings.
Generate performance analytics and management reports.
Drive automation and process improvements in PMS.
Coordinate with HRBPs, department heads, and leadership teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
