We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide product information, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable information.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Record customer details, queries, and feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain a positive and qualified relationship with customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
