Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Experience: 1–3 Years (Real Estate Mandatory)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build solid client relationships. The candidate should have solid communication skills and hands-on experience in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, and referrals
Present and promote residential/commercial properties to clients
Conduct site visits and property demonstrations
Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:
1–3 years of relevant real estate sales experience (mandatory)




Solid communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
Basic knowledge of property market and documentation
Self-motivated and proactive

Note:

Only candidates with prior real estate or similar property sales experience will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
