Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor partner portals, profiles, programs, certifications and requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with partner managers and key stakeholders.
Research current partner programs, initiatives, perks and business prospects.
Identify potential accounts, leads and opportunities through partner ecosystems.
Explore co-selling, joint GTM, campaigns and other partnership opportunities.
Draft professional emails and initiate conversations with partner teams.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams to pursue identified opportunities.
Maintain partner trackers, contacts, activities and opportunity pipelines.
Identify ways to increase the commercial value of existing partnerships.
Stay updated on Salesforce and other partner ecosystem developments relevant to Metadologie.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months – 2.5 years of experience in Salesforce, Business Development, Partner Management, Alliances, Sales Operations or a related field.
Basic to good knowledge of Salesforce Admin and Sales Cloud.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write professional emails and confidently build business conversations.
Positive research, coordination, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and explore business opportunities.
Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience with the Salesforce Partner ecosystem or technology partner portals.
Exposure to Avalara, Zenkraft, Authvia or similar SaaS/technology partners.
Salesforce Admin certification or relevant Trailhead experience.
Prior experience in partner management, alliances or technology sales.
