KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service Professionals
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions through an international voice process.
Provide skilled and accurate assistance to international customers.
Understand customer requirements and resolve queries efficiently.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions.
Maintain high standards of customer experience and service quality.
Follow defined process guidelines, SOPs and compliance requirements.
