Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage customer quotations and proposals.
Support chance and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM.
Create sales reports, dashboards, MIS, and management presentations.
Maintain data accuracy and support sales forecasting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deal execution.
Identify process improvement opportunities and streamline sales operations.
Preferred Background:
3–7 years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support.
Experience in a Fintech/NBFC is preferred.
Hands-on experience with quotation management and Salesforce CRM.
Robust skills in Excel, reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
