SCARLETT DESIGNS & JEWELLERY is looking for an experienced and disciplined Security Supervisor to manage and supervise the security operations of our jewellery manufacturing facility.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in a jewellery manufacturing, manufacturing, factory, industrial, corporate or high-value asset setting.
Robust commanding and leadership skills with the ability to control and manage a security team.
Good knowledge of security procedures, access control, frisking, CCTV monitoring and incident management.
Robust observation skills and alertness.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle emergency and critical situations calmly and effectively.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and records.




Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours when required.
Physically fit, disciplined and responsible.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

Candidates with experience in jewellery factories, gold manufacturing units, industrial security, armed forces, police, defence, or other high-security environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
