Key Responsibilities
Perform SQL-based data validation and production issue analysis.
Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
Coordinate with application, database, infrastructure, and business teams.
Monitor batch jobs and perform health checks.
Analyse logs and identify root causes of production issues.
Support production deployments and change activities.
Prepare incident reports and maintain support documentation.
Participate in rotational shifts and provide production support.
