Key Responsibilities:

Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Candidates should be versatile to work beyond standard hours based on business requirements)

Key Requirements:

i) Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
ii) Advanced-level proficiency in MS Excel, including data handling and basic analysis
iii) Strong analytical skills with good business understanding and problem-solving ability
iv) Flexibility to work beyond regular hours as and when business requirements demand
v) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Insurer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with insurers for all operational and case-related coordination.
In-person Insurer Interaction (as required): Attend meetings with insurers in person for specific cases, escalations, or follow-ups when required.
Communication & Follow-ups: Manage ongoing communication with insurers and internal stakeholders through calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely action and resolution.
Reporting & MIS Preparation:
i) Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
ii) Working knowledge of basic Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, etc., is required.
Inter-department Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of processes and closure of assigned tasks.
